Abstract
The top-entry and side-entry agitator combination device was used to design a 4 000 m3food waste fermenter.The effects of top-entry agitator off-bottom spacing,layer spacing and side-entry agitator horizontal deflection angle,quantity on the flow field were simulated,and the appropriate parameters for the agitator setup in the fermenter were obtained.The results show that the fluid flow in the cross-section and longitudinal section of the tank mainly exhibits circumferential flow and axial flow,respectively.As the off-bottom spacing increases,the amplitude of fluid velocity fluctuation in the upper region Ⅰ and the middle region Ⅱ σ increases volatilistically,the fluid velocity in the lower region Ⅲ increases and then decreases,and the bottom solid phase volume fraction increases.As the layer spacing increases,σ increases volatilistically,the fluid velocity in the lower region Ⅲchanges less,and the bottom solid phase volume fraction changes less and then gradually increases.As the horizontal deflection angle increases,σ decreases and then increases,the fluid velocity in the lower region Ⅲincreases,and the bottom solid phase volume fraction decreases and then increases.As the quantity increases,σincreases and then decreases,the lower region Ⅲ fluid velocity increases,and the bottom solid phase volume fraction increases.The comprehensive performance of the fermenter is the best when the off-bottom spacing d1=4 m,the layer spacing d2=5 m,the horizontal deflection angle α=15° and the quantity n=2-3.关键词
