Abstract
The study employs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a multi-level risk assessment system,and combines expert consultation,literature research and field investigation comprehensively identify and evaluate the risk factors in the river management process.The results show that after the optimization of technical management,the flood inundation area in each month is significantly decreased.The peak value in August is approximately 35,000 m2,which is a 30%reduction compared to 53,000 m2 before the treatment.The overall highest water level has also decreased.The water level after the treatment in June is about 1.4 m,which is 0.2 m lower than 1.6 m before the treatment.The water quality and ecological level scores significantly improved in all months throughout the year after the optimized technical treatment.The water quality scores approached 9 points from July to September,and the ecological level scores exceeded 9 points,indicating that the optimized technical treatment measures achieved remarkable effects in summer and autumn.The research conclusions indicate that the optimization of river treatment technologies based on risk identification and assessment has effectively reduced flood risks and improved water quality and the ecological environment,providing a scientific basis and technical support for similar urban river treatment projects.关键词
