零散天然气回收卸气上载管网工艺数值研究
Numerical study on process of reinjecting dispersed natural gas into pipeline network

Abstract
Taking the dispersed natural gas recovery process in a specific region as an example,a zero-dimensional model for CNG(compressed natural gas)tank truck unloading and loading into the pipeline process was established.The influences of 25 m3 and 37 m3 tank truck capacities on the performance of a 70 000 m3/d small-scale CNG unloading station using a self-flow unloading process,and the effect of compressor intervention pressure difference(0.5-3 MPa)on the unloading and loading process of tank trucks in a 200 000 m3/d large-scale CNG unloading station using a boosted unloading process were discussed.The study reveals that smaller capacity tank trucks unload faster and reach unloading equilibrium earlier,with the 25 m3 tank truck reaching equilibrium in 2.61 h,compared to 3.83 h for the 37 m3 tank truck.The unloading rate of 25 m3 tank truck is 62.40%,and that of 37 m3 tank truck is 61.36%.When the compressor intervention pressure differences are 0.5,1.0,2.0 and 3.0 MPa,the time taken to unload to the same pressure is similar,and the closer it is to the end of the unloading process,the closer the times become.Compared to the self-flow unloading process,the unloading volumes increase by 1 326.86,1 310.68,1 245.95,and 1 148.87 m3,respectively,with the system power consumption at the end of unloading being 567.36,610.09,674.18,and 724.04 kW·h,respectively.Therefore,considering both unloading time and energy consumption,it is most appropriate to activate the compressor when the pressure difference between the tank truck and the pipeline drops to 0.5 MPa,achieving the combined objectives of fast unloading,maximum unloading volume,and low energy consumption.关键词
