Research on the Application of Opposite and Complementary Medicine Pairs in Gynecological Diseases
摘要
Abstract
The application of opposite and complementary medicine pairs in gynecological diseases(such as menstrual disorders,leukorrhea,pregnancy,childbirth,and fertility issues)is extensive.In women,the liver is regarded as the"innate foundation",responsible for storing blood,while the spleen and stomach serve as the"acquired foundation",acting as the source of Qi and blood production.Therefore,the treatment of gynecological diseases emphasizes"prioritizing the nourishment of the liver,spleen,and kidneys as the foundation,while addressing pathogenic factors;balancing Yin and Yang as a supplementary approach,while considering cold and heat patterns;and focusing on Qi and blood regulation through soothing the liver,promoting Qi circulation,activating blood,and replenishing blood."Based on these therapeutic principles,this study summarizes the patterns of using opposite and complementary medicine pairs in gynecology from multiple perspectives,including strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens,regulating ascending and descending qi dynamics,balancing cold and heat,harmonizing qi and blood,and balancing activity and stillness.Specifically,it explores the application of these synergistic combinations in four dimensions:combining tonification and purgation,coordinating ascending and descending actions,integrating cold and warm properties,and balancing dynamic and static effects.关键词
