从"甘守"理论探讨放射性口干症的辨治思路
Exploring the Diagnosis and Treatment Approach of Radiation-induced Xerostomia from the Perspective of"Ganshou"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Xerostomia is the most common side effect of radiation,which seriously affects the daily life of patients.Radiation-induced xerostomia attributes to the pyretic toxicity invasion,injury of body fluid and consumption of Qi,insufficient Qi of Zhongjiao,deficiency of stomachYin in the middle stage,loss of nourishment of five viscera,and consumption of renal Yin in the later stagein Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Correspondingly,the method of"Ganshou",proposed by influential doctors from different dynasties,is a theory of using sweet-herb drugs to harmonize the five viscera and boost Qi as well as generate fluids.By elaborating on the theory,connotation,and pathogenesis of radiation-induced xerostomia,considering the following three aspects of"Ganshou"theory,including Ganshou Jinhuan,Ganshou Fupi and Ganshou Buxu,we proposed different combinations of Chinese herbs to alleviate xerostomia,and attached the clinical results in this paper.Therefore,this can provide a theoretical basis for the TCM treatment of radiation-induced xerostomia,expand clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas,and improve the clinical efficacy of radiotherapy.关键词
