牙龈卟啉单胞菌参与阿尔茨海默病发生发展相关机制的研究现状
Current status of research on the involvement of Porphyromonas gingivalis in mechanisms related to the development of Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.gingivalis)is one of the primary pathogens inducing periodontitis.In recent years,studies have shown a significant link between P.gingivalis and Alzheimer's disease,which is closely related to the inflammatory response mediated by various toxic factors released by P.gingivalis,such as lipopolysaccharides,gingipains and outer membrane vesicles.This article reviewed the academic research on the association between P.gingivalis and Alzheimer's disease,providing new research directions for the di-agnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.关键词
