周安方辨证论治膀胱过度活动症的经验
ZHOU Anfang's Experience on Syndrome Differentiation in Treating Bladder Hyperactivity Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
ZHOU Anfang believes that the most common clinical syndromes of overactive bladder are kidney deficiency with instability,spleen deficiency with failure to govern,liver Qi stagnation and internal stirring of liver wind.Therefore,the basic therapies for overactive bladder include tonifying the kidney to reduce urination,strengthening the spleen to regulate bladder control,soothing liver Qi to modulate bladder function and calming endogenous wind to inhibit overactivity.However,clinical observations reveal that isolated patterns(e.g.,pure kidney deficiency or liver Qi stagnation)occur infrequently.The majority of cases manifest as:concurrent kidney-spleen disorders,combined kidney-liver pathologies,simultaneous liver-spleen dysfunctions and tripartite kidney-spleen-liver involvement.Therefore,therapeutic strategies should integrate:dual regulation of kidney and spleen,simultaneous modulation of kidney and liver,coordinated treatment of liver and spleen,triaxial Intervention for kidney-spleen-liver systems and balanced approach addressing both deficiency and excess.Homology and other methods can be combined to govern it.关键词
