M2型巨噬细胞在椎间盘退变中的研究进展
Research progress on the M2 macrophages in intervertebral disc degeneration
摘要
Abstract
Intervertebral disc degeneration usually leads to the onset of low back pain symptoms,causing the patient suffering and loss in many ways.Macrophages play an important role in the degenerative process.A positive correlation between M1 macrophages and the degree of degeneration has been confirmed,whereas the specific role played by M2 macrophages in the degeneration process is not yet clear.In this article,we described the position of immune-inflammatory response in the degenerative process from the immune proper-ties of the intervertebral disc,and summarized the role of M2 macrophages in tissue remodeling,suppressing inflammation,and mediating spontaneous resorption of disc herniation and related mechanisms,aiming to explore the ideas and directions of M2 macrophages in slowing down or even reversing the process of inter-vertebral disc degeneration.关键词
