基于态靶辨证理论体系构建诊疗肺结节的思考
Thinking about the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules Based on the Theoretical System of State Target Differentiation

Abstract
Through the theoretical system of state target syndrome differentiation,based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and the microscopic manifestations of modern medicine,WANG Lihua proposed the idea of diagnosing and treating pulmonary nodules with the right symptoms with the right targets.According to the clinical manifestations and characteristics of pulmonary nodules,pulmonary nodules were divided into four states,namely depressive state,phlegm state,stasis state and deficiency state.Based on the theoretical system of"state target syndrome differentiation"and the four states of pulmonary nodules as the entry point,the clinical manifestations of pulmonary nodules in each state and the corresponding target prescriptions and target drugs were discussed in this paper,which was combined with modern pharmacology to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules and the compatibility of drugs.关键词
