Perioperative nursing cooperation in domestic robot-assisted thyroid and parathyroid surgery

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the perioperative nursing cooperation experience of 63 cases of Toumai® robot-assisted thyroid and parathyroid surgery,and to provide references for clinical workers.Methods:Clinical data of 63 patients who underwent thyroid and parathyroid surgery using Toumai® robotic surgical system in 960th Hospital of PLA were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were received the perioperative nursing cooperation.To evaluate the effect of perioperative nursing cooperation in Toumai® robot-assisted thyroid and parathyroid surgery by observing relevant postoperative indicators and nursing outcomes.Results:All the surgeries were successfully completed without conversion to open surgery.4 cases of temporary hypoparathyroidism,3 cases of lymphatic leakage,and 1 case of temporary recurrent laryngeal nerve injury occurred,who were all relieved after appropriate nursing interventions being given.Conclusion:Standard perioperative nursing cooperation plays an important role to a successful surgery.Strengthening perioperative nursing can effectively relieve patients'negative mood,reduce anxiety,alleviate pain,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and improve patients'satisfaction with healthcare services surgery,which will facilitate the advancement of domestically developed robotic surgical systems.关键词
