药学健康教育干预对老年2型糖尿病患者健康行为及用药依从性的效果研究
A study on effects of pharmaceutical health education intervention on health behavior and medication compliance in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of pharmaceutical health education intervention on blood glucose con-trol rate,health behavior and medication compliance in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 340 elderly T2DM patients from a community in Pudong New District,Shanghai,were recruited and randomly divided into intervention group(n=240)and control group(n=100).The control group was given conventional pharmaceutical care,and the intervention group was given pharmaceutical health education intervention for one year on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control,health behavior,medication compliance and effect of the intervention were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results At the baseline survey,there was no statistically significant difference in the compliance rate of blood glucose between the two groups(P＞0.05).At the post-intervention survey,the compliance rate of blood glucose in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(75.4％vs 44.0％,P＜0.05).At the baseline survey,no significant difference in the health behavior score was observed between the two groups(P＞0.05).At the post-intervention survey,the health behavior score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group[(31.06±3.94)vs(26.55±4.88),P＜0.05].At the baseline survey,no significant difference in the medication compli-ance was observed between the two groups(P＞0.05).At the post-intervention survey,the medication compliance in the in-tervention group was higher than that in the control group(70.0％vs 55.0％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical health education intervention can effectively improve the health behavior,medication compliance and compliance rate of blood glucose in elderly T2DM patients.It has positive significance for improving the health status of elderly T2DM patients.关键词
