基于骨代谢指标观察温针灸联合针刀治疗膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Warm Acupuncture Combined With Needle Knife on Knee Osteoarthritis Based on Bone Metabolism Indexes

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of warm needle knife combined with needle knife for knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and to observe its effect on bone metabolism.Methods The research subjects selected 108 KOA patients who received treatment from March 2020 to March 2022,and the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group(54 cases in each)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with single warm acupunc-ture and moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with needle knife.The clinical ef-ficacy,clinical symptom scores,serum inflammatory index levels,and bone metabolism index levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 98.15％(53/54)in the observation group and 87.04％(47/54)in the control group,with significant difference between the groups(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the clinical symptom scores,inflammatory index levels and bone metabolism index levels between the two grouPs(P＞0.05).There was no significant change in CT levels in the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).And the scores of various clinical symptoms were significantly decreased(P＜0.05);the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly decreased(P＜0.05);the levels of IGF-1,TGF-β,BGP,OPG were significantly increased(P＜0.05),and the differences between the groups were significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of warm acupuncture,the clinical efficacy of combined needle knife in the treat-ment of KOA patients is more significant,and the clinical symptoms of the patients have also been significantly improved.At the same time,it also effectively reduces the body's inflammatory response,and bone metabolism is also significantly improved.In clinical practice,warm acupuncture and needle knife treatment can be performed at the same time according to the patient's con-dition to achieve the best therapeutic effect.关键词
