基于痹证组方的铺灸疗法合针刺在消渴病痹证中的应用
Application of Moxibustion Therapy Combined with Acupuncture Based on Bi Syndrome Prescriptions in Treating Bi Syndrome of Diabetes

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture on the basis of Bi syn-drome prescription plus Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)for treating Bi syndrome of Xiaoke disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods Ninety-nine patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into group Ⅰ(33 cases),group Ⅱ(33 cases)and group Ⅲ(33 cases).The group Ⅲ was treated with moxibustion therapy based on Bi syndrome and Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)on the basis of group Ⅱ.One week was one course of treatment,and all patients in the three groups were treated for two courses.The clinical efficacy of three groups was compared after 2 weeks of treatment,including the Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS),traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score,nerve conduction velocity,superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(TAOC),nuclear transcription fac-tor p50(NF-κB-p50),nuclear transcription factor p65(NF-κB-p65)and messenger ribonucleic acid(messenger ribonucle-ic acid,mRNA)and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the study period.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total clin-ical effective rate of group Ⅲ was higher than that of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,and the total clinical effective rate of group Ⅱ was higher than that of group Ⅰ.Compared with those before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,TCSS,TCM main syndrome scores,secondary syndrome score,and the levels of NF-κB-p50 and NF-κB-p65 mRNA in peripheral blood if the three groups de-creased,and these indexes of group Ⅲ were lower than those of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,while these indexes of group Ⅱ were lower than those of group Ⅰ.The values of motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),ser-um levels of SOD and TAOC of the median and common peroneal nerves in the three groups increased,and these indexes of groupⅢ were higher than those of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,while these indexes of group Ⅱ were higher than those of group Ⅰ(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of moxibustion therapy based on the combination of Bi syndrome prescriptions plus Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)and acupuncture can help to improve the neurological and clinical symptoms of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diabetes patients with Bi syndrome,and promote the recovery of neurological function.Its mechanism may be related to its ability to alleviate oxidative stress damage and inhibit the activation of the NF-κB inflammatory signaling pathway,with significant therapeutic effects and good safety.关键词
