灯盏花素对高脂血症模型小鼠血脂水平及肝脏氧化损伤的影响
Effects of Breviscapine on Lipid Levels and Liver Oxidative Damage in Hyperlipidemia Model Mice

Abstract
Objective To study the protective effects of breviscapine on blood lipid level and liver oxidative damage in hyper-lipidemia(HLP)model mice.Methods Hyperlipidemia model was established by high fat feeding.Seventy male mice were ran-domly divided into the blank group(10 mice)and the high-fat group(60 mice),and the successful modeling mice were random-ly divided into model group,simvastatin group,Yixintong group,breviscapine high-dose group,medium-dose group and and low-dose group,10 mice in each group.The model group and each administration group were given high-fat diets with the cor-responding medication,while the model and blank groups were given saline for 21 d.Serum lipid indexes[triglyceride(TG),cho-lesterol(CHO),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)],oxidative indicators of liver tissues[total superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA)]were detected.Ultrastructural changes in liver tissue cells were observed by u-sing electronic microscopy.Results Compared with those of the blank group,the contents of TG,CHO,LDL-CH and MDA in-creased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01).The contents of HDL-C,IL-6,TNF-α,SOD and GSH-Px decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)in the model group.Compared with those of the model group,the levels of TG,CHO and LDL-C de-creased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)and the levels of HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)in the simvas-tatin group,breviscapine high-dose and medium-dose groups.The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and MDA were significantly lower in the breviscapine high-dose and medium-dose groups,the simvastatin group and the Yixintong group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly higher in the breviscapine high-dose and medium dose groups(P<0.05,P<0.01),the levels of GSH-Px were significantly higher in the simvastatin group(P<0.05)and the levels of SOD were sig-nificantly higher in the Yixintong group(P<0.05).By transmission electron microscopy,it showed that all the hepatocytes ultra-structure was improved by lanosterone.Conclusion Breviscapine can improve the blood lipid level,inhibit inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in mice with hyperlipidemia model,reduce lipid peroxidation damage in hepatocytes,scavenge free radicals,and has certain protective effects on the liver.关键词
