机器人辅助与全乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺手术的疗效比较
Therapeutic effect of robot-assisted versus bilateral areolar approach endoscopic thyroid surgery

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery and bilateral areolar approach(BAA)endoscopic thyroid surgery,evaluating the potential advantages of the Da Vinci robotic surgical system in enhancing surgical safety for thyroid cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 116 thyroid cancer patients who were treated at Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2023 to December 2023.Patients were divided into the endoscopic group(n=55,receiving conventional endoscopic surgery)and the robotic group(n=61,receiving Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery)according to different surgical methods,comprehensive nursing care were performed on the two groups of patients.Intraoperative and postoperative indicators,surgical/nursing satisfaction,and the learning curve for robotic surgery were analyzed.Results:Compared to the endoscopic group,the robotic group had shorter operative time,reduced intraoperative blood loss,lower VAS scores,shorter length of hospital stay,fewer postoperative complications,higher surgical and nursing satisfaction level(P<0.05).Surgeons surpassed the learning curve after 20 cases of robot-assisted thyroid surgeries.Conclusion:Da Vinci surgical robot has significant advantages in thyroid surgery,including shorter operative time and length of hospital stay,reduced blood loss and complications,and improved surgical and nursing satisfaction.关键词
