摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the level of kinesiophobia in elderly patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI)and analyze its related factors. Methods 111 elderly TBI patients admitted to People's Hospital of Jieshou City from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into kinesiophobia group(n=71)and non-kinesiophobia group(n=40)based on their scores of Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify the factors associated with kinesiophobia in elderly TBI patients. Results The incidence of kinesiophobia among elderly TBI pa-tients was 63.96%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that female(OR=4.590,P=0.004),injury involving>2 brain regions(OR=5.949,P=0.002),FPS-R score(OR=1.720,P=0.017),and SPBS score(OR=1.101,P=0.023)were independent risk factors for kinesiophobia in elderly TBI patients(P<0.05),while SEE score(OR=0.881,P=0.005)was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of kinesiophobia is high in elderly TBI patients, and it is influenced by many factors including gender, injury site, pain degree,self-perceived burden, and exercise self-effica-cy.Developing targeted intervention strategies is of great significance for reducing the incidence of kinesiophobia and enhancing rehabilitation participation in elderly TBI patients.关键词
