Improvement and Applicability of Intelligent Control Valve for Return Water Temperature of Secondary Pipe Network
摘要
Abstract
Combined with the actual data,the problems existing in the intelligent control valve(10 gears open-ing)for the return water temperature of the secondary pipe network are analyzed,and the improvement mea-sures are proposed(refining the gear position of the in-telligent control valves),and the applicability of the multi-gear intelligent control valve in the radiator heat-ing communities is simulated and studied.The 10-gear intelligent control valve cannot meet the needs of the return water temperature control of the secondary pipe network in the radiator heating communities,and rea-sonable gear position refinement is required.Under the condition that the pressure difference at the building thermal inlet is small,the applicability of the 50-gear intelligent control valve is stronger.The 100-gear intel-ligent control valve is more suitable for the working condition of large pressure difference at the building thermal inlet,but the pressure difference at building thermal inlet should not be too large,and the applica-bility of 100-gear intelligent control valve is poor after exceeding 30 kPa.关键词
