Applicability evaluation methods of bucket wheel excavators high efficiency mining

Abstract
To effectively solve the issue of suitability evaluation for efficient mining of bucket wheel excavators and further improve the operational efficiency and applicability,the article comprehensively analyzes many factors that affect the efficient mining of bucket wheel excavators,and proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for suitability analysis.Taking an open-pit mine as an engineering example,combined with actual geological conditions,wheel bucket excavator equipment and actual operating parameters,the article conducts a comprehensive evaluation of applicability.The results show that the evaluation index system constructed based on internal and external factors is reasonable,and the calculation of index weights and membership degrees is accurate,the proposed method can scientifically and accurately evaluate the applicability of wheel bucket excavators.关键词
