Abstract
In order to improve the blasting effect of mudstone steps in Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine site,a calculation method for blasting hole network parameters is proposed based on the internal principle of rock blasting and the mechanism of explosive gas.The hole spacing and row spacing are optimized to 8 m and 7 m respectively without changing the hole arrangement form.A three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the on-site scheme and optimization scheme is constructed using LS-DYNA numerical simulation software,and the blasting damage effect of the scheme is compared with the effective plastic strain as the measurement index.The results show that the optimized plan has significantly better blasting effects on the top and sides of the steps than the on-site plan,and the damage area in the slope area is slightly smaller than that in the on-site plan.The effective plastic strain of measurement points A,B,and C in the optimized plan is 513%,400%,and 1 182%of the on-site plan,verifying the rationality of the blasting parameter calculation method based on the principle of rock internal blasting action.关键词
