Abstract

In order to rapidly and accurately determine multiple pesticide residues in dried fruits,this study optimized a pretreatment method that can effectively extract and purify multiple pesticide residues in samples.Six pesticidesin dried fruits were simultaneously determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The test results showed that the limits of quantification for various pesticides ranged from 0.07 to 0.90 μg/L.The recovery rate of adding pesticides to dried strawberries was 78.0%~93.3%,with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 1.7%~6.4%.Meanwhile,this method was also applicable to the detection of pesticide residues in various other dried fruits.The recovery rate in dried kiwifruits was 81.0%~89.4%,with RSD of 2.4%~6.6%;in dried apples,the recovery rate was 77.0%~91.2%,with RSD of 1.9%~6.8%;and in dried bananas,the recovery rate was77.6%~89.5%,with RSD of 2.2%~6.2%.
