The Antibacterial Effect of Oil Pine Extract on Major Oral Pathogens
摘要
Abstract
This article uses Pinus tabulaeformis as raw material and 95%ethanol as solvent to prepare pine leaf essential oil and pine branch essential oil by steam distillation method,and calculates the extraction rate of essential oil.Measure the diameter of the inhibition zone of essential oils of different concentrations using filter paper method,and analyze and visualize the data using SPSS and Origin software.The research results indicate that both pine leaf essential oil and pine branch essential oil exhibit antibacterial activity,and there is a significant difference in the antibacterial effect of pine leaf essential oil and pine branch essential oil at the same concentration.This study provides sufficient experimental evidence for the development of natural oral care agents关键词
