省域尺度下的全域土地综合整治助推乡村振兴的综合效益评价
Evaluation of the Comprehensive Benefits of Territory-wide Comprehensive Land Improvement in Promoting Rural Revitalisation

Abstract
Learning from Zhejiang's'Thousand Villages Improvement,Ten Thousand Villages Demonstration'activity is being carried out across the country,and it is of great practical significance to grasp in time the effect of comprehensive development of the whole area to promote rural revitalisation in order to optimise the strategy of comprehensive development of the whole area and to enhance the effectiveness of rural revitalisation.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the pilot project of comprehensive land improvement in Hubei province in promoting rural revitalisation is carried out from the provincial scale,relying on the field research data and relevant statistical data,and adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that:(1)the comprehensive benefit evaluation system based on the four dimensions of'industrial prosperity,affluent life,ecological livability,and beautiful countryside'is able to objectively reflect the comprehensive effectiveness of the current comprehensive land improvement projects in promoting rural revitalisation.(2)The benefits of industrial prosperity,living prosperity,ecological livability and beautiful countryside are'good'and'excellent'.On the whole,the comprehensive benefit of comprehensive land management in promoting rural revitalisation is'good',and the comprehensive benefit is relatively satisfactory,and the work of comprehensive land management in the whole area of Hubei Province is being promoted in an orderly manner.(3)In terms of the differences in the benefits of indicators,the benefits of a harmonious and beautiful countryside(8.35)>the benefits of ecological livability(7.28)>the benefits of a rich life(7.04)>the benefits of industrial prosperity(6.73).The benefits of harmonious and beautiful countryside in the comprehensive improvement of the whole territory are better,but the benefits of ecological livability,living affluence and industrial prosperity still need to be improved,especially the benefits of strengthening industrial prosperity.关键词
