Abstract
In the overhaul of gas turbines,the accuracy of measuring the clearance data between the cylinder spacer pits and the rotor is crucial.To achieve high-precision automatic measurement of puddle data,this paper presents the design of an automatic measurement system for gas turbine puddles.The system utilizes high-precision data measurement technologies based on computer numerical control rotary table drives and distance sensors,enabling the automatic mea-surement of puddle data at multiple ideal measurement angles during spindle rotation.Practical application results show that the designed system can effectively measure data at multiple angular points on the gas turbine pits with small mea-surement errors,high accuracy,and a high degree of automation.关键词
