Photovoltaic inverter parameter identification method based on improved grey wolf optimizer
摘要
Abstract
As the proportion of photovoltaic(PV)generation continues to increase,its impact on the power grid becomes more significant.However,the control parameters of PV inverters are often unknown.Therefore,identifying these control parameters to establish a high-precision model is crucial for the analysis of modern power systems.This paper addresses the parameter identification problem of photovoltaic(PV)inverters and proposes a parameter identifi-cation method based on the improved grey wolf optimizer(IGWO).First,the control principles of PV inverters are analyzed,and their transient model is established,identifying the parameters to be identified.A chaotic initialization method based on Latin hypercube sampling(LHS)is then proposed,and its superiority is demonstrated through simula-tions.Subsequently,the original grey wolf optimizer(GWO)algorithm is improved by integrating multi-strategies such as dynamic hunting weight coefficients,nonlinear improved convergence factors,and random Logistic mapping perturbations,which significantly enhance the convergence speed and accuracy of the algorithm.Finally,a comparative analysis of the identified curves and actual measurement curves shows that the proposed method can accurately and quickly identify the control parameters of the PV inverter.关键词
