Abstract
To assess potential changes in blade vibration frequencies and evaluate safety during maintenance of a 330 MW steam turbine unit,this study conducts static frequency testing on the last two stages of free blades on the low-pressure rotor using the Fourier spectrum analysis method.First,the actual assembly conditions of the frequency-modula-ted(FM)blades after overhaul are examined through testing.Calculations of the dispersion and safety margin are then performed to determine whether the vibration characteristics of individual blades during operation approach resonance frequencies.Next,the natural frequencies of tangential Ao-type blades are verified using a safety criterion formula spe-cific to FM blades.Finally,the reliability of the test results is further confirmed through consistency with the FM blade safety criteria.The results indicate that the unit operates safely and reliably at rated speed.This study not only provides an improved method for frequency testing and safety evaluation of similar FM blades,but also offers technical support for deep peak shaving operations of the unit.关键词
