摘要
Abstract
To clarify the cause of the abnormal cracking of copper-aluminum transition clamp used in distribution network,studies were carried on the basis of macroscopic inspection,spectral analysis,and microstructure examination.From the perspective of atomic binding force,the four copper-aluminum transition clamps were found to have the unfused defect,the area of which is accounts for 64%,21%,30%and 5%,respectively.It is concluded that the crack-ing of copper-aluminum transition clamp could be connected with the force,discharge and corrosion,while the essential reason is the existence of unfused defect.The corresponding suggestions are put forward accordingly.关键词
