TOE框架下高技术制造企业创新韧性的前因组态研究
Research on the Antecedent Configuration of Innovation Resilience of High-tech Manufacturing Enterprises Based on the TOE Framework

Abstract
Based on the TOE framework,taking 122 high-tech manufacturing enterprises as samples,the paper adopts the fsQCA method to explore the relationship among six antecedent variables of technology(digital technology level and R&D investment intensity),organization(organizational slack and execu-tive political relation),and environment(market competition and governmental support)levels and inno-vation resilience of high-tech manufacturing enterprises from a configuration perspective.The research shows,any single factor is not a necessary condition of high innovation resilience of high-tech manufac-turing enterprises,but executive political relation plays a prominent role.Secondly,there are five paths to generate high innovation resilience of high-tech manufacturing enterprises,in which there are one group of second-order equifinal conrfiguration,namely,"high digital technology level,high R&D invest-ment intensity,high organizational slack,high executive political relation and"high government sup-port"dominated type,"high organizational slack,high executive political relation,high market competi-tion and high government support"dominated type,"high executive political relation and high govern-mental support"assisted type dominated by"non-high digital technology level,high R&D investment intensity and high organizational slack"and"high R&D investment intensity,non-high organizational slack,high executive political relation and high market competition"dominated type(according to the peripheral conditions this second-order equifinal configuration can be divided into"non-high govern-mental support"assisted type and"high digital technology level"assisted type).Finally,the paper i-dentifies the substitution relationships among the antecedent variables.The findings enrich the research related to innovation resilience of high-tech manufacturing enterprises and can provide insights for high-tech manufacturing enterprises to improve their innovation resilience.关键词
