Privacy Computing Empowers Government Data Openness:Logical Mechanism,Risk Concerns and Path Innovation

Abstract
[Research purpose]In the digital age,government data opening faces multiple challenges such as data security,ownership disputes and circulation barriers,which weakens its willingness and ability to promote.This paper deeply analyzes the key difficulties en-countered by privacy computing in enabling government data opening,and discusses how to put forward effective optimization paths through collaborative innovation of technology and law,so as to enhance the efficiency of government data opening,release data value and promote the construction of digital government.[Research method]The normative analysis method and case study method are used to sort out the current situation of government data opening,and analyze the endogenous risks,trust crisis,application obstacles,compliance problems and regulatory dilemmas faced by privacy computing in the process of enabling government data opening.[Research result/con-clusion]The study points out that in order to effectively deal with the multiple challenges in the opening of government data empowered by privacy computing,at the technical level,we should improve the ability of risk prevention and control through technological value-added means to reduce endogenous risks;based on the trusted algorithm mechanism,the error rate is reduced and the public's trust in privacy computing is enhanced.Build an open source ecology,eliminate barriers to interoperability between platforms,and improve application ef-ficiency.At the legal level,it is recommended to improve the flexible legal framework to make up for the lack of existing regulations and ensure compliance with data use;at the same time,a comprehensive regulatory system should be established to enhance the effectiveness of supervision and prevent potential risks.关键词
