How to Improve the Innovation Performance of Service-oriented Manufacturing Enterprises in the Context of Digital Intelligence

Abstract
Innovation performance is an important indicator of enterprise innovation and development.Currently,service-oriented manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly,and their innovation per-formance is facing enormous challenges.This paper,based on the TOE theoretical framework,combi-ning the NCA and fsQCA methods,selected 30 A-share listed companies from the demonstration list of service-oriented manufacturing for empirical research to explore the path to improve service oriented manufacturing innovation performance enterprises.The research has found that improving innovation performance in service oriented manufacturing under the background of digitalization has the character-istic of configuration symbiosis,which is the result of the synergistic effect of multiple factors.Taking into account the antecedent variables of technology,organization,and environment,there are six paths for manufacturing companies to improve innovation performance in the context of digitalization,namely technology endowment,organizational dependence,technology talent government orientation,high-level environment orientation,technology talent market orientation,and technology organization orientation.The research contributes to deepening service oriented manufacturing improving innovation performance under the background of digitai intelligence,and also provides useful reference for service oriented manufacturing enterprises to develop innovation.关键词
