Research on the Resilience Construction of National Security Intelligence Systems in the Context of Great Power Competition and Cooperation

Abstract
[Research purpose]The aim of this study is to investigate how to strengthen the resilience of the Chinese-style intelligence system within the context of great power competition and cooperation,with the goal of effectively responding to sudden crises and potential threats in the international environment.[Research method]Firstly,we will analyze China's international competitive and cooperative en-vironment based on the strategic triangle theory.Then,using resilience theory and contextual analysis,we will explore the connotations,characteristics,and application pathways of"resilience"in the resilience-building of the Chinese-style intelligence system.Based on these findings,we propose a specific framework for the resilience-building of the Chinese-style intelligence system.[Research result/conclu-sion]The resilience-building of the Chinese-style intelligence system should be rooted in a comprehensive"trinity"conceptual framework of"resistance and adaptation,rapid response,and spiral development",focusing on the integration of the three elements of"speed,accu-racy and stability".The specific framework should be constructed along dimensions such as intelligence infrastructure,intelligence percep-tion systems,intelligence transmission and response mechanisms,and intelligence decision-making systems,in order to create a Chinese-style intelligence system resilience-building plan that supports maintaining world peace and promoting national development and progress.关键词
