摘要

Abstract

[Research purpose]In the context of the digital game of major powers,risk intelligence sources,as the main threat hindering the improvement of China's autonomous and controllable ability in cyberspace information security,need to be identified and deployed with relevant risk-blocking measures in a timely manner.Therefore,constructing an identification model for cyberspace risk intelligence sources has strategic significance.[Research method]This research extracts risk elements from the perspective of risk intelligence sources,depicts the risk characteristics of risk intelligence sources,constructs a random forest model based on different feature combinations to identify risk in-telligence sources,and explores the advantages and disadvantages of model identification results and the importance of features.[Research result/conclusion]The results indicate that the random forest model proposed in this paper is scientific and reasonable in identifying risk in-telligence sources in cyberspace,and the feature combination model based on data leakage risk,information processing risk,and knowledge overflow risk has the best effect in identifying risk intelligence sources,with an accuracy of 0.921.The number of forwards and the probability of sensitive word repetition have a significant impact on the results.
