piR-102382调控心脏纤维化的功能研究
Functional Study of piR-102382 in Regulating Cardiac Fibrosis

Abstract
To investigate the relationship between myocardial infarction and cardiac fibro-sis,a fibrosis model was established by inducing primary cardiac fibroblasts from neonatal C57 mice with transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β).Fibrosis-associated Piwi-interacting RNA(piRNA)were screened using RT-qPCR,and changes in fibrosis markers CoL1A1 and CoL3A1 were detected to explore the regulatory role of piRNA in cardiac fibrosis.Re-sults show that after 24 hours of stimulation with 10 ng/ml TGF-β,piR-102382 expres-sion is up regulated,with similar up regulation observed in myocardial infarction mouse heart tissue.Overexpression of piR-102382 promotes fibroblast proliferation and exacer-bates cardiac fibrosis.In contrast,inhibiting piR-102382 expression suppresses fibroblast proliferation and alleviates the degree of cardiac fibrosis.关键词
