Evolutionary Game of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling Considering the Learning Effect under the Governmental Reward and Punishment Mechanism

Abstract
To explore the strategy choices of each participant in the recycling process of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment(WEEE),a four-party evolutionary game mod-el involving the government,recycling processors,manufacturers,and consumers was constructed.The evolutionary stable strategies and conditions of the system were ana-lyzed.Numerical simulation analysis was carried out to explore the impact of key parame-ters on the behavioral strategies of each participant.The results indicate that the reward and punishment mechanism can stimulate recycling processors,manufacturers,and con-sumers to adopt green strategies.However,this incentive effect exhibits a diminishing marginal trend.The government should fully play its guiding role and improve the reward and punishment mechanism for WEEE recycling,and scientifically determine a reasonable intensity of rewards and punishments.The learning effect is negatively correlated with the probability of the government implementing the reward and punishment strategy.Mean-while,the learning effect is the intrinsic motivation for recycling processors to pursue for-mal recycling.Recycling processors should attach importance to the impact of the learning effect,focus on the accumulation and summary of experiences during the investment process of green recycling costs,maximize the effects produced by the learning effect,and actively carry out formal recycling processing.关键词
