环境税政策下轮胎循环利用策略优化
Strategy Optimization for Tire Recycling under Environmental Tax Policy
摘要
Abstract
Based on the government's environmental tax policy,a game model was con-structed to examine the impact of tax rates on tire manufacturers'recycling strategies.The interaction dynamics between the government and enterprises under different tax rates were analyzed.Findings reveal that a moderate tax rate encourages manufacturers to adopt recycling strategies for used tires,maximizing profits.Excessively high or low tax rates lead manufacturers to prioritize producing new tires.Carbon emissions are influenced by firms'fixed investments in recycling and reuse of waste tires.An increased tax rate does not always reduce emissions.Within a suitable range of carbon emission externality costs,an optimal solution balances social welfare,manufacturers'profits,and total emission re-ductions.关键词
