数字化转型对出口隐含碳强度的影响
Impact of Digital Transformation on the Implied Carbon Intensity of Exports
摘要
Abstract
Based on panel data from 17 manufacturing industries in 65 economies around the world,a fixed-effect model was constructed to explore the effects and mechanisms of domestic and foreign digital investments on the embodied carbon intensity of exports.The results indicate that both domestic and foreign digital investments have a significant inhibi-tory effect on the embodied carbon intensity of exports,and domestic digital investments has a stronger inhibitory effect.From the perspective of heterogeneity,the inhibitory effect of domestic and foreign digital investments on the embodied carbon intensity of ex-ports is affected by the type of digital factors and the level of development of the country's manufacturing industry.From the perspective of mechanism,domestic digital investments suppress the embodied carbon intensity of exports by leveraging the technological progress effect and the R&D factor flow effect,while foreign digital investments lose part of tech-nological progress effect and the R&D factor flow effect in the process of suppressing the embodied carbon intensity of exports.关键词
