PDCA循环下案例教学法联合多学科诊疗在肿瘤科全科住院医师规范化培训中的应用
Application of PDCA cycle-based CBL combined with MDT in standardized training of general resident physicians in oncology

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with multidisci-plinary team(MDT)teaching model under the PDCA cycle in standardized training of general resident physicians in oncol-ogy.Methods Twenty-four resident physicians participating in the general residency training program at the Oncology Department of the Chinese People's Armed Police Forces Characteristic Medical Center were selected.Among them,12 were trained using the CBL+MDT teaching method under the PDCA cycle(observation group),while the other 12 re-ceived traditional teaching methods(control group).The theoretical and clinical practice assessment scores of the two groups were compared,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the resident physicians'assessment of the teaching methods and their satisfaction with the training.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical and clinical practice assessment scores of the observation group were higher(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher recognition of the evaluation of teaching methods(teaching content,teaching rhythm,teaching means,teaching explanation,teaching interaction,and emphasis on humanistic care)(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher satisfaction with the teaching of the learning effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL+MDT teaching method under the PDCA cycle demonstrates significant effectiveness in standard-ized training for general resident physicians in oncology department.关键词
