摘要

Abstract

Chronic pain after novel coronavirus infection can be divided into four types:new chronic pain directly caused by the virus,intensive care unit(ICU)-related pain,treatment-induced pain,and original pain aggravation accord-ing to its pathogenesis and clinical characteristics.It is currently believed that the pathogenic mechanism of chronic pain after the new coronavirus infection is mainly related to the direct effect of the virus,ICU-related injuries,treatment-related factors,and the worsening of the original chronic pain.Chronic pain after infection with the new coronavirus often occurs several weeks to several months after infection.At this time,the results of pharyngeal swabs and other examinations can be negative.At this time,the patient's previous medical history,clinical symptoms and physical signs can be combined with the patient's previous medical examination,comprehensive physical examination and multi-system auxiliary examination to comprehensively evaluate whether chronic pain is related to new coronavirus infection.The treatment of chronic pain after confirmed coronavirus infection should follow the principles of multidisciplinary collaboration,integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and joint intervention of drugs and non-drugs.At the same time,the close cooperation be-tween medical staff and patients should be emphasized.
