深度学习影像组学在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结状态评估中的应用研究进展
Research progress of deep learning radiomics in predicting axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Traditional imaging techniques still have certain limitations in assessing axillary lymph node metastasis(ALNM)in breast cancer.Deep learning radiomics(DLR),through multilayer artificial neural networks,can extract and analyze features from various imaging modalities that are invisible to the naked eye and quantify tumor heterogeneity,show-ing great potential in evaluating axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.DLR based on ultrasound(US),comput-ed tomography(CT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)enables a noninvasive preoperative assessment of axillary lymph node metastasis.Understanding the application of DLR in assessing axillary lymph node(ALN)status in breast can-cer may contribute to the early diagnosis and the formulation of subsequent treatment decisions.关键词
