富血小板血浆在疼痛性疾病治疗中的作用机制研究进展
Research progress on mechanism of action of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of painful disorders
摘要
Abstract
Painful diseases include all kinds of pain caused by trauma,inflammation,and neuropathy.Joint pain,nerve pain,and muscle injury pain are common painful clinical conditions.Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)is a biological agent rich in growth factors and cytokines.The growth factors and cytokines released by PRP can promote the repair and re-generation of damaged tissues,and play a role in relieving joint pain(rotator cuff injuries,tennis elbow injuries and carpal tunnel syndrome,etc.),nerve pain(trigeminal neuralgia,lumbar degenerative radiculopathy,and sciatica,etc.),and painful symptoms of muscle injury.Understanding the mechanism of action of PRP in the treatment of common painful dis-orders may provide reference for the personalized clinical application of PRP in painful diseases.关键词
