基于高分一号的丹江口水库水体浊度反演及其时空变化
Water Turbidity Inversion and Spatial-Temporal Variation of Danjiangkou Reservoir Based on GF-1 Satellite

Abstract
The Danjiangkou Reservoir serves as the water source for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and is designated as a nation-al-level water source protection area.The water quality of the reservoir is critical to the water safety of downstream regions and the urban and rural populations along the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Utilizing 49 GF-1 satellite remote sensing images of the Danjiangkou Res-ervoir from 2020 to 2024 as data sources,and incorporating turbidity data obtained from national control monitoring stations,this study sys-tematically compared and analyzed the inversion accuracy of turbidity by using linear regression,multiple linear regression,XGBoost,random forest and Generalized Regression Neural Network(GRNN)models.The results demonstrate that the GRNN model exhibits a signifi-cant advantage in turbidity inversion.The GRNN model is subsequently applied to rebuild the turbidity distribution in the Danjiangkou Reser-voir over different time periods.The findings indicate that:the turbidity in the study area is generally low,predominantly below 15 NTU,and its distribution follows a Gaussian distribution with a mean(μ)of 3.13 NTU and a standard deviation(σ)of±1.12 NTU.Temporally,tur-bidity values fluctuate,with peaks observed during the winter months.Spatially,localized increases in turbidity are evident in the southwest and northwest regions,influenced by anthropogenic activities and precipitation.关键词
