Abstract
Legitimate pesticide operations must be conducted within designated business premises.This article analyzes and discusses key scenarios related to pesticide operations,including jurisdictional boundaries("designated zones"),off-premises sales,the distinctions between business operation and usage or services,and enforcement actions by regulatory authorities.The analysis is intended to serves as a reference for pesticide manufacturers,distributors,professional service organizations,and regulatory agencies.关键词
