Abstract
This article provided a detailed introduction to the responsibilities of the Codex Committee on Methods of Analysis and Sampling(CCMAS),the classification of methods by the Codex Committee,and an overview of the 43 rd CCMAS session including the issues discussed and relevant background information.It also explored the guiding significance of the meeting for relevant work in China.关键词
