Abstract

To evaluate the safety of difenoconazole and propiconazole in Salvia miltiorrhiza,this study established a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)detection method and conducted field residue trials over one year at four locations.The results showed that 14 days after the final application,difenoconazole residue levels in fresh Salvia miltiorrhiza were all<0.020 mg/kg,while those in dried samples ranged from 0.022 to 0.089 mg/kg.For propiconazole,residues level were<0.020~0.13 mg/kg in fresh samples and<0.020~0.16 mg/kg in dried samples.Dietary risk assessment indicated that the national estimated daily intake(NEDI)of difenoconazole and propiconazole accounted for 23%and 40%of the acceptable daily intake(ADI),respectively,both within acceptable risk levels.This study provides a scientific basis for the rational use of the two fungicides in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
