溶磷菌的筛选及其促生效果研究
Screening of Phosphate-solubilizing Bacteria and Their Growth-promoting Effects

Abstract
Phosphorus is one of the important substances that constitute plant bodies.Long-term use of chemical phosphate fertilizer can lead to soil nutrient imbalance,soil compaction and water eutrophication,among other environmental pollution problems.Research has found that there is a class of phosphorus-solving microorganisms with special functions in the soil,which can activate the phosphorus in the soil for the and development of plants.This study uses an inorganic phosphorus medium as a separation medium,and uses the phosphorus solubilization circle method and the molybden-antimony-arsenic colorimetric method to separate a strain of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria with strong phosphorus solubilization ability.diameter of the phosphorus solubilization circle(D)and the diameter of the colony(d)The ratio(D/d)was 1.87,and the effective phosphorus solubilization was 130.3542 mg/L.Based on the 16S rDNA gene sequence,the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria was identified as Bacillus velezensis.Through single factor test analysis,the optimal carbon source for the growth of the bacteria is sucrose,and the optimal nitrogen source is yeast extract.Eucalyptus trees treated with the fermentation broth of this strain increased in height by 3.85%,stem diameter by 36.3%,chlorophyll content by 10.52%,and dry weight/fresh weight by 23.33%compared to the control group during same period.Corn treated with the fermentation broth of this strain increased in height by 54.00%,stem diameter by 10.02%,leaf width 24.68%,root length by 100.73%,and dry weight/wet weight by 19.05%compared the control group during the same period.The results of the study show that the strain has a high ability to solubilize phosphorus,can promote plant growth,and has the potential to be into microbial fertilizer.关键词
