The Synergistic Effect of Temperature and Microorganisms on Apor ectodea trapezoidesr

Abstract
The study investigates the cooperative effects of temperature and microorganisms on the survival of Aporrectodea trapezoides,aiming to provide scientific support for large-scale breeding.By regulating environmental temperature and microbial community structure,we observed and compared changes in the external morphological characteristics(body length,width,and color)and digestive physiological indicators(protease,lipase,and amylase activity)of A.trapezoides.Results show that both temperature and microorganisms significantly influence the external morphology and digestive physiology of A.trapezoides.Under higher temperatures and richer microbial conditions,the metabolic enzyme activity in the A.trapezoides intestines increased significantly,while their external morphology was less affected.Conversely,in lower temperatures and sparser microbial conditions,the external morphological characteristics changed notably,but digestive enzyme activity remained largely unaffected.Additionally,single strains of Bacillus megaterium and Lactobacillus acidophilus significantly promoted digestive enzyme activity compared to mixed microbial communities,particularly for protease and amylase.However,Trichoderma harzianum combined with other microbial strains still inhibited digestive enzyme secretion.Overall,high temperatures and high microbial abundance environments enhance physiological digestive enzyme activity,while low temperatures and low microbial abundance environments favor external morphological growth.These findings reveal key mechanisms of temperature-microorganism interactions affecting pill bug survival and provide theoretical and practical guidance for their large-scale breeding.关键词
