小时级快速腐熟鸡粪源有机肥的大田试验研究
Field Experiment Study of Hour-level Rapidly Humified Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer

Abstract
In traditional agriculture,raw chicken manure is usually applied directly to farmland as an organic fertilizer,but this practice can have harmful effects on both crops and soil.Raw chicken manure was processed into a fulvic acid-rich organic fertilizer(5.8%)using the 1-hour rapid humification technology developed by our team.Field trials were conducted with potato and rice crops in Yau Ma Tei village,Huidong county,Huizhou city,Guangdong province,China.The results showed that the potato growth of the humified chicken manure group(0.9 kg/m2)was better than that of the raw chicken manure group(0.9 kg/m2)and the conventional fertilizer group(0.9 kg/m2 raw chicken manure+0.15 kg/m2 compound fertilizer).In addition,potatoes in the humified chicken manure group had a 53.3%lower disease index and a 25%lower incidence of scab compared to the conventionally fertilized group.In addition,humified poultry manure reduced Pb,Cd and Cu levels in potatoes by 100%,8.3%and 25.9%respectively compared to raw poultry manure and reduced Cd and Cu levels by 52.2%and 45.6%respectively compared to conventional fertilization.In the rice field experiment,the treatment group(0.06 kg/m2 urea+0.15 kg/m2 combined manure+0.18 kg/m2 humified chicken manure)increased rice ear length,plant height,root length and stem thickness by 4.43,8.00,8.00 and 0.14 cm,respectively,compared with the control group(0.06 kg/m2 urea+0.15 kg/m2 combined manure).At the same time,the yield per hectare,the 1000 grain weight and the total number of tillers of the treatment group increased by 44%,2.2 g and 21.4%respectively.The content of Cr,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Zn and Pb in the rice of the treatment group was reduced by 37.9%,68.0%,3.4%,20.5%,2.3%,17.8%and 25.7%respectively compared to the control group.This organic fertilizer meets the standards of NY/T 525-2021 and has a broad application prospect in the development of green agriculture.关键词
