中国高耗能行业绿色发展的时空分异与动态关联研究
Spatial-temporal Differentiation and Dynamic Correlation of Green Development in High Energy-consuming Industries in China

Abstract
Promoting the green and low-carbon development of high energy-consuming industries is the core is-sue in China's high-quality development and the proposal of the strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neu-trality highlights its urgency.This paper selects China's provincial-industrial data from 2005 to 2021 to evaluate the green development of high energy-consuming industries and sub-sectors based on the slacks-based measure(SBM)model and uses the Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation,the Markov chain,spatial convergence anal-ysis,and the panel Granger causality test to explore their spatial-temporal differentiation and dynamic correlation. The paper finds that the green development of high energy-consuming industries has a regional imbalance,and the inter-regional difference is the main source of the overall gap.The green development of high energy-consuming industries in China and the three major regions has been improving and the absolute difference within the region has expanded.The green development of the six high energy-consuming industries has improved,showing a trend of po-larization.The results of the Markov chain show that the green development of high energy-consuming industries is generally path-dependent,with the locking effect of low-level trap and high-level monopoly.Except for the electric power and heat industry,the green development of other high energy-consuming industries shows an upward trend.Economic development and innovation can promote the green development of high energy-consuming industries,and green taxation and environmental protection investment can help this green development to converge.From the per-spective of the industrial relationship,there is a dynamic correlation between the green development of high energy-consuming industries,and the green development of the chemical products industry,non-metallic products indus-try,ferrous metal industry,and electric power and heat industry play a leading role. Based on existing research,there are the following marginal contributions.Firstly,focusing on the green de-velopment of high energy-consuming industries,it conducts systematic empirical research and enriches the quantita-tive understanding.Secondly,the energy input and carbon emission output are included in the index system,and the SBM model is used to compare the green development of high energy-consuming industries and sub-sectors in different periods by constructing the best production frontier.Thirdly,the study on the distribution dynamics,spa-tial-temporal evolution law,and industrial dynamic correlation of green development in high energy-consuming in-dustries deepens the understanding of green development in high energy-consuming industries at the theoretical lev-el.This paper provides a theoretical reference for regional coordination and industry cooperation in the green devel-opment of high energy-consuming industries,and provides ideas for central and local governments to accurately for-mulate energy-saving and carbon reduction policies,help change the economic development mode of high energy-consuming industries,and promote sustainable development.关键词
