Abstract
Against the backdrop of global climate change,reducing carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality have become the focus of international attention.China has actively responded to the call for global climate governance and put forward the'dual-carbon'goal.The purpose of this paper was to discuss the basic concept,background,realization path and significance of the'dual-carbon'goal,with a view to contributing Chinese wisdom to global climate governance and sustainable development.关键词
