Abstract
The two-stage short process copper smelting technology is a new copper smelting process independently innovated in China,and has completely independent intellectual property rights.Using its technical advantages such as short process flow and strong adaptability of raw materials,it can treat low-grade and complex copper-containing materials and improve the level of resource recycling.Combined with the current severe situation faced by copper smelting enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems caused by the adoption of two-stage short process copper smelting technology to deal with complex materials containing copper.In view of the problems,the smelting system,slag separation system,desulfurization system and electrolytic system are improved and innovative in process and equipment.These measures ensure the stable operation of the production system and improve the profitability of enterprises.关键词
