Abstract
With the rapid development of the aviation industry,while aluminum alloy casting technology is widely used,the requirements for its quality and performance are also increasing.As a key auxiliary material in the aluminum alloy casting process,metal mold casting coatings are of great significance for improving casting quality and optimizing the casting process.This article will provide a detailed analysis of the basic functions,component characteristics,and factors affecting the insulation properties of metal mold casting coatings,as well as the application of coatings in aluminum alloy casting,in order to provide useful references for the development of aluminum alloy casting technology in the aviation field.关键词
